1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register an Account and use coop4d's Services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. coop4d strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, with deposits refunded and winnings forfeited.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. You must not be legally prohibited from gambling or accessing online entertainment services.

3.3 Geographical Location

You acknowledge that you are accessing coop4d from Indonesia or another jurisdiction where such access is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

coop4d operates as an internationally licensed offshore platform. We do not guarantee that our Services are legal in all jurisdictions, and we make no representations regarding the legality of online gaming in your location. By using our Services, you accept full responsibility for determining whether such use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

3.4 Single Account Policy

You may register only one Account with coop4d. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended, balances may be forfeited, and you may be permanently banned from the Platform. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3.5 Verification Requirements

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. You must complete KYC verification when requested, which includes submitting valid identification documents (such as your KTP - Indonesian identity card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including full name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, valid email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (IDR - Indonesian Rupiah).

You must create a strong password and are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. Your username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. You agree to immediately notify coop4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (if available) for additional security.

coop4d will never request your password via email, phone, or any other communication method. Do not share your login credentials with anyone claiming to represent coop4d.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The name on your Account must match the name on your identification documents and your bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. We reserve the right to verify your identity at any time and may request additional documentation.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

coop4d is required to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal or when requested by our compliance team.

Required documents typically include: a clear photograph or scan of your KTP (Indonesian identity card) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number; a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government document showing your current residential address (if address is not shown on your ID); and proof of ownership of payment methods used for deposits (such as a bank statement or screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name).

Verification is typically completed within 24-48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted until verification is complete.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

coop4d accepts deposits via the following methods: Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (typically Rp 50,000 to Rp 100,000). There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your bank or payment provider.

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. coop4d does not charge deposit fees.

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in funds being returned and your Account suspended.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time through your Account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier (standard users: Rp 50,000,000 per day; VIP tiers may have higher limits).

Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet from which you deposited. You may be required to verify ownership of your withdrawal method before processing.

Processing times: Most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP are processed within 2-5 minutes during WIB banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours or on weekends/holidays may experience delays. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes.

First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take 24-48 hours for additional security checks. Subsequent withdrawals are processed according to the timelines above.

coop4d reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals or if fraud is suspected.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted, even if you do not claim any bonus. This requirement is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

If you claim a bonus, additional wagering requirements apply as specified in the bonus terms (typically 15x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion).

5.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method in another currency, the amount will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and you may be subject to currency conversion fees imposed by your bank or payment provider.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotions are offered at coop4d's sole discretion and may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, including minimum deposit amounts, geographic restrictions, game restrictions, or VIP tier requirements. Only one bonus may be active on your Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You must opt-in to claim a bonus. Bonuses are not automatically applied unless stated in the promotion terms. coop4d reserves the right to refuse or cancel bonuses for any reason, including suspected bonus abuse.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x bonus" means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw).

Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: Slots typically contribute 100%; Live Casino games typically contribute 10%; Sports betting contribution varies by odds (bets at odds below the minimum threshold, typically 1.50, may not contribute or contribute at reduced rates); Togel and lottery games contribution as specified per promotion.

Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 25,000 per bet or spin). Exceeding the maximum bet may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

Bonuses must be wagered within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting). Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiration.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

coop4d strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; colluding with other players; using betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk (such as opposite betting, hedge betting, or low-risk wagering patterns); exploiting software errors or glitches; or any other activity deemed abusive by coop4d.

If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void bonuses, forfeit winnings, and suspend or terminate your Account.

6.5 Specific Bonus Terms

Each promotion may have additional specific terms and conditions. You are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before claiming any bonus. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific terms shall prevail.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Fair Play

You agree to use the Services in a fair and honest manner. You must not engage in any activity that gives you or any other person an unfair advantage, including but not limited to collusion with other players, use of bots or automated software, exploiting errors or bugs in our software, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

7.2 Game Rules

You agree to abide by the specific rules of each game you play. Game rules are available within each game interface or in the game information section. If you are unsure about any rule, you should contact customer support before placing bets.

For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned according to our sports betting rules. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body.

For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final. In the event of a dispute, coop4d will review game footage and make a final determination.

7.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or disruption that affects the fairness or integrity of a game, coop4d reserves the right to void all bets on that game and refund stakes. You agree to immediately report any errors or malfunctions to customer support.

coop4d is not liable for losses resulting from internet connection issues, device malfunctions, or other technical problems on your end.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to: use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' Accounts; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; harass, abuse, or harm other users or coop4d staff; engage in money laundering or other financial crimes; or use the Platform if you are located in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Entertainment Purpose

The Services provided by coop4d are intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gaming should be enjoyable and recreational, not a source of income or a solution to financial problems.

8.2 Self-Control Tools

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the property of coop4d or its content suppliers and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from coop4d.

The coop4d name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of coop4d or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coop4d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform or Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform;
• Any content obtained from the Platform;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
• Technical malfunctions, errors, or disruptions;
• Losses resulting from your violation of these Terms.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You acknowledge that gaming involves risk and that you may lose money. coop4d is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your gaming activities.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaint Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve your complaint within 14 days.

When submitting a complaint, please provide: your Account username and registered email address; a detailed description of the issue; relevant dates, times, and transaction IDs; and any supporting documentation (screenshots, game history, etc.).

11.2 Binding Arbitration

If we are unable to resolve your complaint internally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction in which coop4d is licensed.

You and coop4d agree to waive the right to trial by jury and to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by coop4d

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, provided false information, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.

Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. We may, at our discretion, withhold or forfeit your balance if it was obtained in violation of these Terms.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements and verification procedures).

13. Governing Law
